General description of the position:
A Czech company that operates in the field of domestic and foreign wholesale of commodities (raw materials for the metallurgical industry) is strengthening its business activities and is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of sales manager for the Italy region to join its team
Job description:
buying/selling commodities based on supply and demand in the alloy and metallurgical industry
negotiation with the customer, preparation of price calculations and offers to the customer
negotiations with suppliers, preparation of demand and securing the purchase of commodities
managing and coordinating the work of the team to ensure the delivery of orders
control of contracts, orders and price calculations
cooperation with the department of finance, logistics and production
developing and building business relationships with customers and suppliers
search for new business partners, market analysis and acquisitions
Place of work:
Říčany near Prague - a very good connection from/to Prague - by car, train and bus
Required education and experience
University education, possibly Secondary school education
Advanced spoken and written Italian and English, any knowledge of other languages (German or Spanish) an advantage
good user knowledge of working with PC and MS Office
presentable and pleasant demeanor, communication skills, willingness to learn
performance orientation, resistance to stress, creativity, analytical thinking, common sense, combination skills, diligence and responsibility
experience in the field is not a requirement, the field is specific and there are very few candidates with experience
driver's license B
